What you will do

  • Provide technical support and assistance to users of hirify.global's software platform.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues and technical problems.
  • Guide customers through product features and functionalities to maximize their usage.
  • Document solutions, create knowledge base articles, and contribute to support resources.
  • Collaborate with product and development teams to escalate complex issues and provide user feedback.

Requirements

  • English: B2 required
  • Demonstrated experience in a technical support or customer service role.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with SaaS products and software support processes.
  • Ability to clearly communicate complex technical information to non-technical users.
