Location: Hybrid; must be based in or near Amsterdam
Salary: €15 gross per hour

What you will do
- Assist English-speaking fans via chat, email, and phone with high enthusiasm.
- Resolve seller errors and identify ways to prevent them in the future.
- Use Intercom to manage conversations and ensure smooth communication.
- Collaborate with the CX team to spot and report recurring issues.
- Provide critical support during peak moments and holidays, such as King's Day.
- Achieve customer satisfaction and productivity goals to meet company targets.
Requirements
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Experience working in a professional office environment, preferably in customer support.
- Based in or near Amsterdam.
- Availability for 24-32 hours per week, including at least one weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday, 10:00–18:00).
- Ability to remain calm, clear, and friendly in stressful, fast-paced situations.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in additional languages.
- Experience with Intercom or similar support software.
- Interest in live events, music, sports, or culture.
