What you will do

• Process customer inquiries and coordinate sales leads for the Swiss sales teams.
• Review and process contracts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation.
• Track customer interactions and maintain high data quality within Salesforce.
• Act as an interface between sales partners and internal departments like Risk, Compliance, and Customer Care.
• Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns and regional market initiatives.

Requirements

• 1–5 years of experience in the Swiss business market (Risk, Customer Service, or Onboarding experience is a plus).
• German language proficiency is mandatory.
• English proficiency as the corporate language.
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for contract and data management.
• Must be based in or able to work in Warsaw, Poland.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in French or Italian.
• Knowledge of or willingness to be trained in applying AI to business operations.
• Previous experience in documentation or contract management.
