What you will do

  • Generate and qualify new demand for the sales organization based on marketing-generated signals.
  • Identify and engage additional members of the buying group through outbound efforts.
  • Nurture prospect groups using multiple touch tactics and cadences to foster meaningful interactions.
  • Track and manage all prospecting and qualification activities within Salesforce CRM.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to coordinate sales activities and meet monthly KPIs.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of hirify.global products and the specific benefits they provide to prospects.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar SDR or RDR role.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or a combination of education and equivalent experience.
  • Fluent level of English and French.
  • Previous experience in high-tech sales and outbound calling.
  • Technical understanding of storage and cloud backup technologies.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce) and business research tools (LinkedIn, Google).
