What you will do

• Manage the full-cycle LinkedIn lead generation process including research, list building, outreach, and qualification.
• Write and optimize outbound sequences to increase conversion rates.
• Qualify leads according to scoring criteria and schedule meetings with Sales Executives.
• Maintain CRM hygiene through accurate data entry and metric tracking.
• Work towards achieving and exceeding monthly SQL targets.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in IT outbound lead generation.
• Proven track record with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and automation tools like Linked Helper.
• English: B2 level required (written and spoken).
• Solid understanding of IT services business models and SDLC.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with Upwork bidding and HubSpot CRM.
• Knowledge of AI tools for research, personalization, or automation.
• Experience conducting discovery/qualification calls.
• Experience running email campaigns or campaigns for trade shows.
• Experience with web scraping tools.
