What you will do

• Execute inbound and outbound sales motions via phone, email, and digital channels to identify and qualify opportunities.
• Convert marketing and partner leads into sales-qualified opportunities (SQLs) using structured qualification.
• Drive meeting settings and next-step commitments with prospects, ensuring smooth handovers to field sales.
• Re-engage dormant accounts through targeted outreach sequences to unlock new projects.
• Maintain high pipeline discipline in CRM, ensuring accurate stage updates, close dates, and forecasting data.
• Collaborate with marketing to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign conversion insights.

Requirements

• Demonstrated success in B2B inside sales, sales development, or lead qualification, ideally within industrial automation or tech.
• Required: Proficiency in Polish AND Czech or Slovak.
• Strong English proficiency required.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, specifically Salesforce.
• Strong capability in phone/email outreach and professional objection handling.
