What you will do

• Orchestrate high-volume engagements via phone, email, and social media to drive customer success.
• Collaborate with sales teams and partners to achieve business renewals and expansions.
• Develop account plans to optimize resource usage and exceed assigned goals.
• Guide customers through onboarding, adoption, and retention stages.
• Analyze usage data and health indicators to create success strategies.
• Link customer business processes with technical product solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Success, renewals, or sales within the SaaS industry.
• Fluent English and Arabic language skills.
• Experience interacting with clients across various levels and industries.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships remotely via phone.
• Proven ability to navigate large, matrixed organizations.

Nice to have

• Experience in account management, customer support, or project management.
• 1+ years of experience with Salesforce or other CRM software.
