TL;DR
Account Executive (HubSpot/Sales): Driving full-cycle deal management and enterprise growth with an accent on pipeline optimization and sales cycle reduction. Focus on increasing Enterprise deals from 2 to 10 and improving MQL to SQL conversion rates.
Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere). Note: Certain benefits are available only to FT US Based Employees.

What you will do
- Own full-cycle deal management to achieve sales goals and close new logos.
- Scale Enterprise deals from 2 to 10 and increase new bookings by 35%.
- Optimize the sales cycle timeline, reducing it from 45 days to 35 days.
- Improve pipeline conversion rates from Marketing Qualified Leads to Sales Qualified Leads (MQL > SQL).
- Showcase ' unique value proposition and business model to partners.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience selling services, preferably within the HubSpot ecosystem.
- 2+ years of experience using conversation recording tools like Gong or Avoma.
- Experience and comfort with social selling and posting on LinkedIn.
- Ability to define and manage KPIs to build relationships in the HubSpot ecosystem.
- Strong strategic and tactical approach to sales and deal closing.
