What you will do

  • Build and maintain high-level relationships with client stakeholders and C-suite executives.
  • Own client happiness and account retention, proactively identifying and resolving friction points.
  • Act as the internal Voice of the Client to ensure priorities align with delivery teams.
  • Monitor the financial health and commercial scope of accounts to ensure profitability.
  • Identify and propose organic growth opportunities to expand service value.
  • Facilitate executive business reviews and collect client success stories and case studies.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • High emotional intelligence with experience managing complex human dynamics.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on storytelling.
  • Strong commercial acumen regarding agency economics, LTV, and retention metrics.
  • Working knowledge of the HubSpot ecosystem to discuss strategy and project status.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Nice to have

  • Experience managing a portfolio of accounts with $1M+ in combined ARR.
  • Background in digital marketing, inbound strategy, or marketing operations.
  • Familiarity with customer success platforms like Gainsight or ChurnZero.
  • Proven track record of maintaining strong relationships in a distributed, remote environment.
