Staff Product Designer (AI): Partnering with Design, Product, and Engineering teams to create long-term visions and execute near-term roadmaps for hirify.global Manage with an accent on AI-powered cloud services. Focus on shaping AI experiences that are trustworthy, explainable, and appropriately controlled.

Location: Remote Canada, Remote USA, or Toronto, Canada. If located near the Toronto downtown hub, you will be expected to work in the office a minimum of twice per week.

Salary: $148,000 to $222,000 CAD

• Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to define experience strategy and success metrics.
• Lead end-to-end design across multi-surface journeys, from opportunity framing to prototyping and execution.
• Drive consistency and leverage across teams by strengthening patterns and design system evolution.
• Mentor and elevate other designers through constructive critique and coaching.
• Contribute to design culture and org-wide initiatives through Staff-level forums.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Product Design experience; B2B SaaS experience is preferred.
• Proven ability to design scalable experiences across multiple customer segments and/or products.
• Experience leading complex, cross-team initiatives and delivering cohesive solutions across interconnected systems.
• Proven experience designing AI-powered experiences.
• Expertise in modern design and prototyping tools, and practical fluency with AI tools in your workflow.
• Strong cross-functional partner who drives execution across teams and workstreams.
