What you will do

• Own the full lifecycle design of core treatment experiences from patient intake through ongoing care.
• Lead large, ambiguous product initiatives by defining problem spaces and aligning cross-functional teams.
• Translate complex clinical workflows into intuitive, human-centered experiences that reduce friction.
• Incorporate AI tools into design workflows for ideation, prototyping, and research synthesis.
• Define and maintain high standards for product quality, usability, and design system consistency.
• Partner with product, engineering, and clinical teams to ensure solutions are safe and feasible.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 8+ years of experience building consumer-facing digital products with ownership of complex user journeys.
• Deep UX expertise in high-trust or sensitive domains such as healthcare or finance.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and modern design workflows.
• Proven ability to design for users experiencing stress or stigma with a focus on empathy.
• Practical AI fluency with hands-on experience using AI tools for prototyping and research.

Nice to have

• Experience in telehealth, pharma, or other regulated industries.
• Background in early-stage product development.
• Exposure to AI-powered product features beyond standard tooling.
