What you will do
- Own the full lifecycle design of core treatment experiences from patient intake through ongoing care.
- Lead large, ambiguous product initiatives by defining problem spaces and aligning cross-functional teams.
- Translate complex clinical workflows into intuitive, human-centered experiences that reduce friction.
- Incorporate AI tools into design workflows for ideation, prototyping, and research synthesis.
- Define and maintain high standards for product quality, usability, and design system consistency.
- Partner with product, engineering, and clinical teams to ensure solutions are safe and feasible.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- 8+ years of experience building consumer-facing digital products with ownership of complex user journeys.
- Deep UX expertise in high-trust or sensitive domains such as healthcare or finance.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and modern design workflows.
- Proven ability to design for users experiencing stress or stigma with a focus on empathy.
- Practical AI fluency with hands-on experience using AI tools for prototyping and research.
Nice to have
- Experience in telehealth, pharma, or other regulated industries.
- Background in early-stage product development.
- Exposure to AI-powered product features beyond standard tooling.
