Salary: $75,200 - $140,000

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a human resources role partnering with senior leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Proven track record of improving work relationships and increasing productivity.
• Working knowledge of organizational design, performance management, and employment laws.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret workforce trends.
• Experience leveraging emerging HR technologies and generative AI tools.
