What you will do

• Resolve incoming People Operations tickets via helpdesk systems.
• Process employee lifecycle transactions including new hires, terminations, and job changes in Workday.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding logistics to ensure a smooth employee experience.
• Generate and deliver standard and ad hoc reports for the People team and leadership.
• Identify and flag opportunities for process automation and knowledge base improvements.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 2–4 years of experience in People Operations or HR Shared Services.
• Hands-on experience processing transactions and running reports in Workday.
• Experience managing a helpdesk or ticketing queue such as FreshService or Zendesk.
• Strong attention to detail and professional written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a queue without daily direction.
