Location: Must be based in New York, NY; in-office 5 days a week
Salary: $75,000 – $120,000

What you will do
- Facilitate onboarding as the primary point of contact for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
- Create and execute innovative employee engagement programs and events to promote collaboration.
- Manage office logistics, pantry restocking, and maintenance of meeting rooms.
- Oversee and monitor Employee Experience and office budgets to maximize resources.
- Provide essential administrative support to onsite leadership.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience as an employee experience specialist in a high-tech company.
- 1-2 years of experience as an office manager.
- Unable to sponsor visas at this time.
- Full proficiency in MS Office and strong project management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with excellent multitasking skills.
