Salary: $125,000 – $145,000

hirify.global is building an AI-native Operating System for healthcare to eliminate administrative burdens for clinicians and optimize care delivery.

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding logistics, offboarding, and employee records.
• Support payroll, 401(k), PTO, and leave administration in coordination with internal teams and vendors.
• Maintain and optimize employee data within Rippling and other People systems.
• Ensure HR compliance with federal, state, and local requirements, including I-9 and background check processes.
• Leverage AI tools to automate manual HR tasks and build efficient operational workflows.
• Drive employee engagement and culture initiatives to improve the overall employee experience.

Requirements

• 3 to 5+ years of experience in People Operations, HR, or HR coordination.
• Proven experience supporting the full employee lifecycle in a high-growth or startup environment.
• Experience with Rippling or other HRIS platforms.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Mountain View, CA.
• Strong professional written communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

• Experience supporting immigration processes or working with immigration counsel.
