What you will do

• Act as the subject matter expert for core infrastructure systems, platforms, and services.
• Design, support, and evolve global esports infrastructure to ensure high performance.

• Develop technical standards and enable operations teams through documentation, automation, and coaching.
• Participate in global event support, which may include international travel (10-40%) and non-standard working hours.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Systems, Support, or Infrastructure Engineering roles.
• Proficiency with Ansible and Terraform for automation and configuration management.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins).
• Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V, Proxmox, AHV).
• Experience designing and operating containerized workloads (e.g., Docker).
• Expertise in Linux and Windows systems administration.
