System Administrator

What you will do

• Ensure the stability and reliability of IT infrastructure through monitoring and incident response.
• Automate routine operations and develop Infrastructure as Code practices.
• Manage user accounts, access roles, permissions, and infrastructure security.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot infrastructure issues for employees.
• Manage corporate devices, hardware inventory, procurement, setup, and deployment.
• Administer SaaS services, licenses, subscriptions, IT expenses, and infrastructure documentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure administration or a similar role, with end-to-end ownership of an infrastructure area.
• Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills.
• Solid networking knowledge, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLAN, and firewalls.
• Experience with mobile device management, infrastructure automation, virtualization, and containers, such as Ansible, Proxmox, or LXD.
• Knowledge of IAM and infrastructure security, including MFA, RBAC, access lifecycle management, secrets management, PKI, certificates, and least privilege.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher and availability for on-site work in Limassol, Cyprus.
