Engineering Project Team Leader (Electrification): Leading the development and industrialization of next-generation motor components with an accent on the transition from New Technology Introduction (NTI) to New Product Introduction (NPI). Location: Must be based in Mossville, IL (onsite 5 days a week). No visa sponsorship or relocation available.

Salary: $128,470 - $192,710

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end execution of motor component programs from concept validation through production implementation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across advanced technology development, product groups, manufacturing, and supply chain.
• Manage project scope, schedule, cost, and risk to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.
• Oversee NPI readiness activities including DFMEA, APQP, and PPAP.
• Translate technical learning from NTI into scalable solutions supporting multiple machine platforms.
• Adopt and utilize AI toolsets to improve development efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Physics.
• Expert knowledge of project management strategies, planning, and resource control.
• Extensive experience in product design and development from concept to production.
• Strong proficiency in requirements analysis and technical problem-solving.
• Work authorization for the US (visa sponsorship is not available).
• Availability to work onsite in Mossville, IL, 5 days a week.
