What you will do

  • Track orders from entry through shipment/delivery to ensure timeliness and meet customer expectations.
  • Support Regional Sales Managers and outside sales representatives in the bid process, including order management activities.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and outside sales representatives/customers to achieve on-time shipment.
  • Review customer purchase orders, resolve commercial/technical issues, and manage order entry documents and correspondence.
  • Partner with engineering and customers through submittal/release and manage change orders.
  • Interface with Supply Chain to ensure material availability and use reports to flag potential order issues early.

Requirements

  • Based in the Fremont, CA office.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Engineering.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in project management or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to manage order/projects with total value greater than $1M.
