Location: Must be based in the United States
Compensation: $150,000–$170,000 base + Bonus

What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Regional Managers to achieve territory-specific sales goals.
- Establish and manage partnerships with DSD distributors and regional food brokers.
- Translate national business strategy into locally executable plans for the East region.
- Negotiate funding agreements and design incentive programs for distributor organizations.
- Execute and evaluate rolling forecasts against annual plans on a monthly basis.
- Provide category management leadership and marketplace insights using key consumption data.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of sales experience within a CPG company.
- Established relationships with key retail accounts and distributors across multiple channels.
- Demonstrated experience managing a field sales team through servant leadership.
- Proficiency in data tools like SPINS and retail portals, and strong trade math skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
- Clean driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance.
Nice to have
- Experience in the Natural Products Industry.
- Background in refrigerated, ambient, or frozen CPG spaces.
