Location: San Francisco
Salary: $120,000–$181,000/year; OTE: $240,000–$360,000/year (including bonus/commission)

What you will do
- Hire, nurture, and lead a team of world-class sales talent.
- Set and execute an aggressive customer acquisition and expansion strategy for the region.
- Own retail verticalization: develop and continuously refine sales playbooks, messaging frameworks, and retail-specific value propositions.
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to build the retail go-to-market motion, including events, thought leadership, and targeted outbound.
- Align go-to-market teams (BDR, marketing, value engineering, SolCon, executive) to execute the FY plan and present a single vision to customers.
- Coach the team through the sales process, participate in deals as needed, and provide accurate sales forecasting.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of proven sales experience.
- At least 5 years leading a team of 5+ quota-carrying midmarket Account Executives.
- Proven ability to recruit, retain, inspire, and develop top sales talent.
- Experience leading the full SaaS customer lifecycle: prospecting, acquisition, retention, and long-term relationship growth.
- Demonstrated success building vertical go-to-market strategies and sales playbooks, ideally in retail and/or consumer brand segments.
- Strong commercial and legal negotiation skills; excellent verbal, written, and in-person presentation skills.
