Salary: $165,000 - $209,590

What you will do
- Lead and scale the outbound growth engine, overseeing a team of 3 managers and approximately 25 BDRs.
- Define the long-term vision for the Business Development organization, including org design, capacity planning, and expansion strategy.
- Design and refine outbound segmentation, targeting, and messaging in partnership with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations.
- Implement AI-driven tools and automation to increase rep efficiency and reduce manual workflows.
- Create scalable, repeatable outbound playbooks to improve meeting conversion rates and pipeline quality.
- Establish robust performance frameworks, forecasting, and reporting mechanisms to track productivity and ROI.
Requirements
- 8–10+ years of experience in Sales or Business Development, including leadership of multi-layered teams.
- Proven track record of owning outbound strategy and driving significant pipeline in a high-growth B2B environment.
- Experience leveraging AI and automation tools to improve outbound performance.
- Must be based in New York City to meet the hybrid office requirement.
- Experience in SaaS, healthcare, or HR-tech environments preferred.
- Strong analytical rigor and experience managing complex B2B sales cycles.
