What you will do

• Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closing deals with engineering leaders and CTOs.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline to consistently meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets.
• Develop executive relationships and act as a trusted product expert throughout trials and rollouts.
• Quantify value and ROI for enterprises based on developer productivity and AI adoption.
• Design and execute innovative sales strategies and campaigns based on market trends.
• Provide actionable customer feedback to influence the product roadmap.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of closing experience in tech sales, specifically with developer tools or technical SaaS.
• 1-3 years of experience selling into Enterprise companies in the DACH region.
• Proven track record of landing new logos and managing high-velocity deal cycles.
• Ability to navigate complex organizations and sell to technical stakeholders from ICs to CTOs.
• Proactive hunter mindset with experience in outbound prospecting and creative sourcing.
• Fluent German proficiency is required.
