What you will do

• Win new business and drive revenue within the enterprise sector across the DACH region.
• Own the full sales cycle from initial outbound to contract closure.
• Design and execute innovative sales strategies tailored to complex enterprise procurement and budgeting processes.
• Navigate stakeholder ecosystems including executives, IT departments, and procurement offices.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to refine value propositions and market positioning.
• Gather and convey market feedback to inform product roadmaps and feature development.

Requirements

• Native German speaker with excellent communication skills in German and English.
• 8+ years of B2B sales experience in enterprise technology, preferably in SaaS.
• Proven track record of managing complex sales cycles and securing strategic deals.
• Deep understanding of enterprise buying cycles and decision-making processes in the DACH market.
• Experience navigating enterprise bureaucracies and procurement frameworks.
• Passion for or experience with advanced AI systems and their business applications.
