What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle from pipeline generation to closing new enterprise business.
  • Build and expand market presence in Austria and Eastern Europe.
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes including tenders and commercial negotiations.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders regarding AI-driven business transformation.
  • Collaborate with Solution Engineering and Value Consulting to ensure a high-quality buying experience.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and visibility of sales opportunities.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in SaaS or technology sales in a closing role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Native or bilingual proficiency in German.
  • Fluent in English (C1 level).
  • Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
  • Ability to build pipelines in outbound-driven environments.
