Salary: $90,000–$115,000 Annually

What you will do

• Maintain production schedules and monitor planning KPIs to ensure alignment with customer orders and forecasts.
• Collaborate with Production, Program Management, and Supply Chain teams to optimize workflow and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Plan, coordinate, and suggest changes to program plans while monitoring total scope and progress.
• Analyze part requirements and expedite assigned items using MRP/data processing outputs.
• Prepare and present detailed reports and action plans to management and customers.
• Train new employees and assist in general education needs regarding planning processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Industrial Management with min 2 years of experience, or an Associate's degree with 8 years of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Torrance, CA.
• Experience in the aerospace industry and production planning within a machine shop environment.
• Proficiency with advanced Excel functions, including Pivot tables and VLOOKUP.

Nice to have

• APICS certification or coursework.
• Experience with SAP, DDMRP, or Rapid Response platforms.
• SQL programming experience.
• Knowledge of Demand Driven Process.
