What you will do
- Own and drive the Master Production Schedule (MPS) for systems, sub-assemblies, and critical components.
- Analyze MRP signals and manage order releases in SAP to optimize production flow.
- Manage end-to-end planning for aftermarket spares and coordinate with customer service teams.
- Plan and schedule product upgrades, retrofits, and engineering-driven modifications.
- Lead cross-functional planning reviews to resolve constraints and align supply with demand.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for planning processes and material flow.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of production planning experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Advanced understanding of MRP/MPS principles and end-to-end supply chain planning.
- Proven experience with ERP systems, specifically SAP.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with advanced Excel proficiency.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Nice to have
- APICS certification (CPIM/CSCP).
- Experience in high-tech or capital equipment manufacturing.
- Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and ISO-9000 principles.
