What you will do

• Own and drive the Master Production Schedule (MPS) for systems, sub-assemblies, and critical components.
• Analyze MRP signals and manage order releases in SAP to optimize production flow.
• Manage end-to-end planning for aftermarket spares and coordinate with customer service teams.
• Plan and schedule product upgrades, retrofits, and engineering-driven modifications.
• Lead cross-functional planning reviews to resolve constraints and align supply with demand.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for planning processes and material flow.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of production planning experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Advanced understanding of MRP/MPS principles and end-to-end supply chain planning.
• Proven experience with ERP systems, specifically SAP.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with advanced Excel proficiency.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• APICS certification (CPIM/CSCP).
• Experience in high-tech or capital equipment manufacturing.
• Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and ISO-9000 principles.
