What you will do

• Lead program intake, chartering, milestone planning, and execution governance across multiple workstreams.
• Build and maintain dashboards and status reports for engineering, construction, and operations stakeholders.
• Coordinate engineering deliverables to ensure assets receive necessary controls integration and documentation.
• Manage dependencies and interface readiness with external technical vendors and equipment suppliers.
• Support Palantir-based workflows, data quality checks, and reporting standards.
• Develop process documentation, RACI charts, and enablement content to improve team maturity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, technical field, operations, or construction management.
• 5-8+ years of experience in technical program management or industrial project management.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating engineering work across multiple functions from planning through deployment.
• Strong knowledge of program governance fundamentals including integrated schedules, RAID logs, and decision tracking.
• Experience working with BOMs, change control, and reporting systems like Palantir, Jira, or ERP/PLM tools.
• Must be based in Houston, TX or able to work onsite.

Nice to have

• Experience with control systems, SCADA/PLC environments, or power generation infrastructure.
• Familiarity with FAT, SAT, and system readiness reviews.
• PMP, PgMP, or Lean/Six Sigma certification.
• Experience standing up a PMO or engineering operations function.
