What you will do

• Own global carrier performance scorecards and analyze transit times, costs, and service levels to identify root causes of delays.
• Segment performance by lane, carrier, region, and service type to translate analysis into actionable business insights.
• Propose and support the execution of high-impact transportation improvement initiatives and track post-implementation results.
• Partner with Data and Product teams to define requirements for reporting tools and operational dashboards.
• Resolve operational issues and carrier-related escalations in collaboration with Client Experience, Supply Chain, and Finance teams.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in an analytical or operational role (logistics, consulting, or similar).
• Advanced proficiency in Excel is required.
• Strong ability to break down complex problems and structure analysis to reach clear conclusions.
• High attention to detail and comfort working with large datasets.
• Clear and concise communication skills.
