Location: Must be based in Exton, PA, United States (Hybrid role).

What you will do

  • Establish and maintain relationships with carriers via phone and email to support chemical freight accounts.
  • Negotiate rates and ensure high service levels for on-time, safe freight delivery.
  • Manage carrier profiles, including requirements, contacts, and performance tracking.
  • Develop deep knowledge of spot market pricing, supply and demand, and freight network lanes.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team financial performance goals.
  • Act as a dedicated advocate for carriers to ensure long-term partnership success.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in carrier management, carrier sales, or a related logistics role.
  • Prior experience with Bulk freight or related transportation modes.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience within a 3PL environment or freight brokerage.
  • Experience working specifically with Chemical freight.
  • Proficiency with Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
