• Develop and execute a strategic business plan to overachieve sales goals.
• Manage the full sales ecosystem from lead generation through to closing.
• Articulate hirify.global's value proposition to stakeholders from engineers up to CxO level.
• Maintain predictable forecasting and consistently hit sales targets.
• Operate within a remote-first company, collaborating across multiple time zones.

Requirements

• 7+ years of quota-carrying Enterprise Security sales experience calling on SIEM, Observability, and IT personas (CISO/CIO).
• Proven track record of landing 5+ new enterprise logos annually.
• Expertise in the MEDDIC sales methodology.
• Experience selling through a channel-led motion.
• Experience working in early-stage startups (<1000 employees) or demonstrated entrepreneurial skills.
• Must reside locally within the Philadelphia, PA territory.
