Focus on optimizing audience engagement, managing creative production workflows, and driving advertising revenue through curated content experiences.

Location: Hybrid (Los Angeles, CA) - minimum of three days per week in office

Salary: $105,000 - $115,000 yearly

What you will do

  • Develop and optimize merchandising strategies to increase content discoverability and viewership on the Free-to-Watch platform.
  • Curate featured collections, thematic programming, and seasonal campaigns to drive retention.
  • Analyze KPIs, including viewership, watch time, and engagement, to inform business decisions.
  • Oversee the creative asset strategy and production workflows for site merchandising.
  • Collaborate with Content Acquisition, Product, and Marketing teams to support content launches.
  • Prepare business reviews and performance reports to communicate insights to leadership.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in merchandising, programming, content strategy, or digital media.
  • Must be based in or be able to work from the Los Angeles, CA office (Hybrid).
  • Experience with AVOD, FAST, or streaming platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with business intelligence tools.
  • Proven ability to manage creative workflows and deliver customer-facing assets.
  • Exceptional organizational and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or Media.
  • Deep knowledge of the digital video ecosystem and advertising-supported business models.
  • Strong editorial instincts combined with a data-driven approach to decision making.
