What you will do

• Support the day-to-day execution of sales capabilities and operationalize approved tools across teams.
• Manage associate access for enablement tools, including onboarding and documentation.
• Deliver AI education and reinforcement materials for sellers, managers, and enablement partners.
• Partner with Revenue Enablement teams to integrate AI training into existing learning journeys.
• Monitor usage patterns and feedback to drive continuous improvement of enablement processes.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US at the time of application.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in sales enablement, revenue operations, or product management.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales motions and seller workflows.
• Proven project management skills with the ability to handle multiple workstreams.
• Experience building and improving repeatable operational processes.
