TL;DR

Product Manager, Data Collaboration (AdTech): Developing privacy-centric data collaboration products to enable secure data sharing between NBCU and its partners with an accent on client adoption and requirement translation. Focus on building scalable enablement frameworks and translating client feedback into actionable product improvements.

Location: Hybrid: Must be based in New York (minimum 4 days per week in office)

Salary: $110,000 - $150,000

What you will do

  • Act as the primary link between the product team and client-facing organizations (Strategy and Sales).
  • Translate client feedback and usability observations into well-defined product requirements, including PRDs and user stories.
  • Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to refine solutions and ensure delivered features meet client needs.
  • Build scalable enablement frameworks, playbooks, and documentation to reduce single-point-of-contact dependencies.
  • Monitor product usage data and define KPIs to measure client outcomes and inform roadmap decisions.
  • Run pilots and beta programs to test product hypotheses and de-risk new features.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in Product Management, Strategy, Consulting, or Client Success.
  • Exposure to data collaboration technologies, data clean rooms, or privacy-safe audience solutions.
  • Familiarity with CTV, programmatic advertising, or measurement/attribution methodologies.
  • Experience writing product requirements (PRDs) and collaborating with engineering teams.
  • Strong communication skills to translate complex technical capabilities into clear client narratives.
  • Must be based in New York and able to work from the office 4 days per week.

Nice to have

  • Experience with SaaS platforms, data products, or ad tech ecosystems.
  • Background in media, advertising, or B2B technology environments.
  • Basic working knowledge of SQL or data querying tools.
