What you will do

• Own the CRM and lifecycle roadmap and day-to-day backlog across the B2B2C enterprise platform.
• Manage enterprise CRM capabilities, including email, SMS, and automated marketing journeys.
• Lead a cross-functional Agile development team utilizing Jira and Atlassian tools.
• Conduct customer discovery with enterprise clients and end users to identify problems and validate solutions.
• Write user stories and acceptance criteria to ship end-to-end lifecycle experiences.
• Own communication compliance and governance, including TCPA, CAN SPAM, and CCPA requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience delivering software in an Agile environment.
• Experience owning CRM, lifecycle, or marketing automation products at scale.
• Strong customer research skills and the ability to translate insights into clear requirements.
• Proven prioritization and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing communication compliance, consent, and preference management.
• Candidate must be located in the United States.
