Salary: $130,000 – $160,000

What you will do

• Own the strategy, execution, and successful delivery of audience and revenue-driving platform initiatives.
• Develop and maintain annual and quarterly roadmaps, KPIs, and OKRs to ensure strategic alignment.
• Lead and coach a cross-functional Agile team by authoring user stories and actively prioritizing the backlog.
• Conduct product discovery experiments to identify value-driven opportunities for both users and business growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams including editorial, marketing, advertising, and business development.
• Identify and implement opportunities to reduce technical, business, and user experience debt.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in digital growth, platform performance, and technical product management.
• Proven ability to deliver successful and valuable customer and business outcomes.
• Strong experience with analytics and using user research to drive product decisions.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, sprint planning, and prioritization.
• Must be based in New York and able to work from the office at least 4 days per week.

• Experience in the media, news, or technology/internet industries.
• Experience with Product Discovery, Design Thinking, and Lean Product.
