What you will do

• Execute operational and transactional communications including outage notifications, maintenance alerts, and compliance updates.
• Partner with Support, Product, and Engineering teams to deploy structured communications tied to operational triggers.
• Build and deploy lifecycle communication journeys within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Maintain communication playbooks and standardized templates for operational and support events.
• Monitor delivery performance and engagement metrics to provide reporting insights to leadership.
• Manage communication escalations during high-priority operational events.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in email marketing or digital customer experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including building journeys and writing queries.
• Experience executing transactional communications in a SaaS or subscription-based environment.
• Knowledge of global email compliance standards such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM.
• Must be based in or able to work from Ontario (Oakville, Toronto, or Waterloo).
