Seasonal Professional Development Specialist (Education)

Compensation: $550/full-day session, $150/half-day virtual session, and $25/hour for hourly activities.

What you will do

• Deliver engaging workshops and training sessions to teachers and instructional personnel.
• Provide content-specific support for the implementation of blended and online learning programs.
• Guide educators on integrating digital solutions into curriculum, instruction, and assessment practices.
• Assist in developing and modifying student individualized learning paths.
• Design classroom assessments and run assessment reports for school districts.
• Conduct presentations in both virtual webinar formats and onsite at school locations.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States with the ability to work remotely and independently.
• Bachelor’s degree required (graduate degree preferred).
• At least 2 years of experience delivering professional development, training, or consulting services.
• Current or past teaching certification and experience in an educational environment strongly preferred.
• Ability to travel approximately 10-20% of the time with a valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to provide a current Fingerprint Clearance Card or proof of application within 7 days of hire.
