What you will do

• Create and maintain efficient production schedules to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing and scheduling best practices using ERP, MRP, Excel, and SQL.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align production schedules with business objectives.
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to address delays or issues.
• Perform data analysis and provide recommendations to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements

• Must be located in or able to work onsite in Englewood, CO
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years of experience in production planning and scheduling, preferably in Aerospace or Automotive.
• High proficiency with ERP, MRP, Excel, and SQL.
• Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Familiarity with quality management systems and standards, such as ISO 9001.

Nice to have

• APICS certification.
• Experience using Python, R, MS Project, PowerBI, or Tableau.
