Production Control Manager - JARVIS (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Lead the Fabrication Control Team in planning, scheduling, and coordinating manufacturing activities to achieve production milestones.
• Develop and manage detailed production schedules in collaboration with engineering, supply chain, and quality teams.
• Oversee demand planning, shortage tracking, and daily work center scheduling, implementing recovery plans to drive adherence.
• Monitor production performance metrics and analyze variances to provide reports and recommendations to senior management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to implement new tools and software solutions, including ERP, MES, and PLM systems.
• Drive lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing a team within a manufacturing or aerospace environment.
• 5+ years as an individual contributor in production control, scheduling, or operations within aerospace/manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, aerospace, operations management, supply chain, or a comparable field.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, refugee, or granted asylum per export control regulations.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work at heights or in confined spaces.
• Proficiency in digital tools, including Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

Nice to have

• Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma certification.
• Experience with material requirements planning (MRP), shortage recovery, and schedule management.
• Proficiency in reading, running, and writing SQL.
• Hands-on experience with advanced manufacturing technologies (CAD, MES, PLM).
