What you will do

• Manage daily operations for the Processing Department, including safety, quality, and delivery metrics.
• Lead, hire, and develop a team of 18-20 processing technicians.
• Collaborate with support groups like maintenance, quality, and manufacturing engineering to meet production schedules.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance safety, quality, and productivity.
• Analyze manufacturing data and key performance metrics to identify trends and address operational challenges.
• Ensure compliance with personnel policies, time reporting, and safety standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing production environment OR Associate's Degree with 8+ years of experience.
• Supervisory or Team Lead experience, or equivalent engineering experience supporting manufacturing.
• Must be able to work onsite in Torrance, CA.
• Must have access to U.S. export-controlled information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Nice to have

• Experience in aerospace, defense, or regulated industries.
• Familiarity with AS9100, ISO 9001, and FAA requirements.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Experience with EHS best practices in manufacturing.
