Salary: $120,000 - $170,000

What you will do

• Lead supplier qualification, onboarding, and manufacturing readiness evaluations.
• Conduct audits for AS9100 and ISO 9001 compliance.
• Manage supplier corrective-action processes and root-cause investigations using RCCA.
• Perform supplier surveillance and monitor performance via scorecards and metrics.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to resolve quality issues.
• Travel extensively to supplier facilities domestically and internationally.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Engineering/Quality/Manufacturing with 5+ years of experience (or Master's with 3+).
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. DoD Secret security clearance.
• Strong knowledge of AS9100 and ISO 9001 standards.
• Experience with RCCA, 8D, PFMEA, and SPC methodologies.
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively.

Nice to have

• Experience in aerospace, defense, or national security environments.
• AS9100 or ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification.
• Experience with AS9102 First Article Inspection (FAI) and PPAP.
• Active U.S. DoD Secret or Top Secret security clearance.
