What you will do

• Translate equity research insights into scalable AI platform features for stock discovery, research, and selection.
• Design and evaluate LLM-based workflows to process unstructured data and convert it into structured metrics and factors.
• Develop and evaluate sector-based factor models using a blend of fundamental research and quantitative design.
• Align stock-picking models to surface the best investment opportunities to a retail audience.
• Partner with Engineering to implement APIs, DAGs, databases, and reproducible backtests.

Requirements

• 4+ years of buy-side public markets investing experience (hedge fund, long-only, family office, or endowment).
• Must be currently employed at a hedge fund or have been within the past six months.
• Practical experience with LLM workflows, including prompt/context engineering and structured extraction.
• Proficiency in programming and working with data to build automated analysis features.
• Strong forensic accounting knowledge and experience building three-statement and sector-wide models.
