What you will do

• Manage annual operating plans (AOP), long-range plans (LRP), and quarterly re-forecast cycles in collaboration with department heads.
• Own end-to-end revenue and cash flow forecasting, continuously refining models for accuracy.
• Steward the 5-Year Strategic Plan, translating qualitative initiatives into quantitative financial outcomes and scenarios.
• Prepare and present monthly and quarterly financial performance packages for the executive team and Board of Directors.
• Support Investor Relations and M&A activities, including due diligence, target modeling, and integration planning.
• Champion the integration of AI tools and automation to improve the speed and scalability of FP&A processes.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive FP&A or strategic finance experience in high-growth environments.
• Command of full-statement financials and deep familiarity with SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, gross retention).
• Advanced financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or a related discipline.
• Must be based in the United States.
