What you will do
- Manage annual operating plans (AOP), long-range plans (LRP), and quarterly re-forecast cycles in collaboration with department heads.
- Own end-to-end revenue and cash flow forecasting, continuously refining models for accuracy.
- Steward the 5-Year Strategic Plan, translating qualitative initiatives into quantitative financial outcomes and scenarios.
- Prepare and present monthly and quarterly financial performance packages for the executive team and Board of Directors.
- Support Investor Relations and M&A activities, including due diligence, target modeling, and integration planning.
- Champion the integration of AI tools and automation to improve the speed and scalability of FP&A processes.
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive FP&A or strategic finance experience in high-growth environments.
- Command of full-statement financials and deep familiarity with SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, gross retention).
- Advanced financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or a related discipline.
- Must be based in the United States.
