Salary: $135k – $160k per year

What you will do

• Develop and maintain advanced 3-statement financial models to support multi-year planning and strategic decision-making.
• Build integrated models for ARR, ACV, and Renewals leveraging key SaaS metrics and sales capacity planning.
• Lead the development of cash flow forecasts and provide insights for short- and long-term cash position management.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages for leadership, board materials, and investor updates.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Revenue Operations to align budgets and forecasts.
• Evaluate strategic initiatives including new product launches, pricing decisions, and market expansion.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Corporate Development, Equity Research, FP&A, Strategy, Consulting, or Investment Banking.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a quantitative discipline.
• Expertise in building complex 3-statement models from scratch in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Must be based in or able to work from Phoenix, AZ or Mountain View, CA.
• Mandatory AI literacy: Ability to integrate LLMs into daily workflow for productivity and automation.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in a SaaS company.
• Proficiency with BI tools such as hirify.global, Tableau, or Looker.
• Experience with financial planning systems like Anaplan, Adaptive, or Workday Planning.
