Salary: $293K – $342K + equity

What you will do

• Translate compute demand, GPU procurement, data center development, and power infrastructure into investable frameworks for lenders, investors, and partners.
• Build durable financing architecture for hyperscale AI infrastructure, optimizing capital structure and reducing cost of capital.
• Develop financial and investment models for infrastructure projects, supporting capacity expansion and capital allocation decisions.
• Engage banks, investors, and infrastructure funds; create investor materials and support negotiations.
• Bridge Compute, Finance, Treasury, Legal, and leadership teams, aligning infrastructure with capital strategy using AI-native tools.

Requirements

• 12+ years in infrastructure investing, private/growth equity, private credit, investment banking, or restructuring.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; MBA/CFA helpful.
• Experience with project finance, capital projects, infrastructure financial analysis, and large-scale investments.
• Exceptionally strong analytical, financial modeling, written, and oral communication skills.
• Working knowledge of infrastructure investing strongly preferred.
