TL;DR

Location: Remote (Must be based in Augusta, Buffalo, Dallas, Gilbert, Memphis, Sandy, or Tampa)

Salary: $19 – $21 per hour

What you will do

  • Respond to inbound calls from existing customers and handle service requests.
  • Process policy changes, including adding/removing vehicles, drivers, and lienholder information.
  • Assist customers with questions regarding insurance coverages and policy benefits.
  • Identify solutions to retain policyholders who are at risk of cancellation.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience working in a call center environment.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities.
  • Strong passion for helping others and providing a high level of care.
