What you will do
- Deliver responsive customer service via telephone, email, and web inquiries.
- Maintain Customer Management Database software and ensure extensive follow-up with internal and external customers.
- Conduct research, testing, data quality audits, and documentation projects.
- Act as the primary liaison between customers and Product Development regarding product-related issues.
- Create and publish the Daily CEI and provide accurate event reporting.
- Collaborate across teams to prioritize critical issues and remove operational roadblocks.
Requirements
- Demonstrated customer service experience with excellent communication skills.
- Basic understanding of financial markets, network configurations, and software usage.
- Advanced troubleshooting skills for hardware, network, software, and trading account management.
- Ability to work accurately and quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong technical learning ability to quickly master new industry and product knowledge.
- Technical certification or equivalent work experience.
