Salary: $19 – $21 per hour.

What you will do
- Respond to inbound calls from existing customers regarding insurance policies.
- Process service requests including adding/removing vehicles, drivers, and updating lienholder information.
- Address customer questions about coverage, benefits, and policy details.
- Actively find solutions to retain policyholders at risk of cancellation.
- Collaborate with a team to ensure high-quality service across 55+ insurance carrier partners.
Requirements
- Must be based in the U.S.
- 2+ years of experience in a call center environment.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
- Passion for helping others and providing enthusiastic customer support.
- Willingness to obtain a P&C insurance license within 60 days of starting.
