What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for professional and hard-to-fill technical positions.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to hiring managers on labor market conditions and hiring strategies.
• Develop and execute internal and external sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent.
• Leverage data and market intelligence to guide decision-making and solve complex hiring challenges.
• Manage relationships with third-party recruiting vendors and oversee contract deliverables.
• Facilitate the interview process, selection decisions, and offer negotiations.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA as sponsorship is not available.
• 3+ years of hands-on full-cycle recruiting experience.
• 1+ year of experience recruiting for hard-to-fill professional roles (technical, clinical, or finance).
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and build trust-based partnerships.
• Strong proficiency in data-driven decision-making and communication.
• Ability to travel to Chattanooga, TN for final interviews.

Nice to have

• Experience designing or driving innovative recruiting strategies.
• Proficiency with Workday or similar enterprise ATS platforms.
• Experience leveraging generative AI and agentic AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude, HiredScore).
