What you will do
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for professional and hard-to-fill technical positions.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to hiring managers on labor market conditions and hiring strategies.
- Develop and execute internal and external sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent.
- Leverage data and market intelligence to guide decision-making and solve complex hiring challenges.
- Manage relationships with third-party recruiting vendors and oversee contract deliverables.
- Facilitate the interview process, selection decisions, and offer negotiations.
Requirements
- Must be based in the USA as sponsorship is not available.
- 3+ years of hands-on full-cycle recruiting experience.
- 1+ year of experience recruiting for hard-to-fill professional roles (technical, clinical, or finance).
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and build trust-based partnerships.
- Strong proficiency in data-driven decision-making and communication.
- Ability to travel to Chattanooga, TN for final interviews.
Nice to have
- Experience designing or driving innovative recruiting strategies.
- Proficiency with Workday or similar enterprise ATS platforms.
- Experience leveraging generative AI and agentic AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude, HiredScore).
